Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with potential clients through cold calling and client meetings
  • Work with the clients with their job inputs to fill orders
  • Pre-screen candidates for suitability and match with client needs
  • Organize interviews and coach candidates on interview skills
  • Identify and approach suitable candidates for vacancies in hand
  • Negotiate salary rates and finalize placements between the clients and candidates
  • Interview and assess candidates; maintain long-term relationships resulting in candidate loyalty
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as required
 Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Proven successful track record in business development
  • Proactive, positive and result-oriented 
  • Good communication skills; fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a plus
  • Able to work independently and as a good team player
  • Well groom at all times with an outgoing personality who enjoys meeting people
  • Resourcefulness, self-starter and persistent, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Ability to embrace changes; drive and influence changes proactively
  • Fresh graduates with prior experience in recruitment firms and/or sales/telemarketing experience are welcome
