A LEADING QATARI COMPANY, SEEKING AN EXCEPTIONAL INDIVIDUAL TO FILL THE FOLLOWING POSITION. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE NEEDS TO PROVIDE GENERAL SUPPORT INCLUDING ADMINISTRATIVE AND GENERAL OFFICE ASSISTANCE TO THE MANAGER.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparing correspondence on the manager’s behalf.

• Writing reports and executive summaries as backdrop to weekly activities.

• Managing and reviewing filing and office systems.

• Arranging of meeting, functions and booking CONFERENCE CALLS.

• Origination of word documents, preparation of PowerPoint slides presentations and spreadsheets.

• Must be able to communicate professionally, directly and by telephone, with others

• Perform any other duties as specified by the manager.

Candidate Profile:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s DEGREE IN BUSINESS or Engineering field.

• Professional working experience of at least 5 years with a reputed CONSULTANCY FIRM or contracting firm is required.

• Excellent administrative and communication skills

• Must have excellent English speaking, reading and writing capability.
