Education :  Bachelors Degree
Experience :  1 - 5 Years


Skills :  
1. Minimum 2 years experience in secretarial work. Proficient in computers.
2. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written (English).
3. Ability to operate office equipment, i.e. fax machine, photocopier, etc.
4. Ability to work under pressure and self-correspondence.
5. Good organizational skills.
6. Pleasing Personality.


Responsibilities :  1. Arrangement of business travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, appointments and itinerary.
2. Perform routine administrative tasks within the Area.
3. Maintaining diary for the CEO, Managers and other officers, including arranging appointments and providing supporting information for those meetings.
4. Responsible for preparation of expense reports and reimbursement request such as travel expenses, etc.
5. Taking dictation and typing of correspondence / memos, etc, as well as preparation of draft correspondence for approval, ensuring correct spelling, punctuation and grammar.
6. Provide assistance or secretarial services to the CEO, Managers and other officers.
7. Acquire and stay current of all departmental / Bank internal procedures relative to job function.
8. Answering the telephone (internal & external), taking messages or handling inquiries when necessary.
9. Maintenance of filing systems.
10. Ordering of stationary and other supplies.
11. Perform related clerical and other duties as required.
12. Maintain confidentiality regarding departmental and business matters.
