Regular Duties &
Responsibilities:
- To cater walk-in customers as per company standards.
- To upsell company’s image through “Customer First Policy” and “Timely Response”.
- To retain customers and reduce walk-in churn.
- To sell and upsell services to walk-in customers.
- To provide preliminary technical assistance to walk-in customers.
- To resolve / escalate / follow-up complaints for customer’s issue resolution.
- To ensure shift timings / care centre timings and ambience of care centre.
- To maintain customer friendly atmosphere.
- Take ownership of customer issues.
- To meet all the targets assigned on individual level as well as care centre level.
- Formal Attire and positive attitude to handle customers effectively.
- Handling of cash and inventory as per policy.
Knowledge & Competencies:
- Possess good knowledge of excel and power point.
- Intermediate level knowledge for technical issue and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of company product, services and policies.
- Positive Attitude.
- Stress handling & anger diffusion skills.
- Dedications towards work.
- Multitasking skills.
Education & Work Experience:
- 1-2 years similar working experiences in customer care / telecom industry.
- Must be a graduate and preferably with an MBA from a reputable University / Institute.
