Position Responsibilities & Job Functions:
Arranging Meetings, phone calls and managing Calendar for the Managing Director.
Coordinating and maintaining calendar and assisting with travel arrangements (travel, hotel, care rental etc) with thoroughness and accuracy for all staff.
Generating weekly management reports, and other reports which the MD and other Directors are attending.
Being responsible to maintain the attendance and leave balances for all staff.
Being responsible to handle and process expense reports.
Reviewing incoming correspondence and identifying items of special interest to manager or others.
Coordinates with the clients as per the directives of the Managing Director.
Setting up and organizing filing systems.
Updating and maintaining Company and Director’s phone list on the database.
Overseeing ordering and maintenance of office and kitchen supplies.
Performing other duties as assigned by the management.
Minimum or Essential Qualifications:
Strong organizational, prioritization skills; attention to detail.
Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
Able to work on multiple projects.
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred Education & Experience :
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in office administration.Minimum High School Graduate .
