An exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a prestigious events company based in South-West London. You will be part of the finance team and will be responsible for general accounts administration, being able to hit the ground running.
The Role
Logging incoming invoices and distributing for authorisation
Coding and posting purchase invoices and staff expenses to the day book
Reconciling statements
Posting sales invoices and credit card receipts to the day book
General accounts admin and filing
The Person
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior members of the business
Ideally at least two years experience in an accounts role
Team player
