Key responsibilities
Assist the guests with room requirements and familiarize them with the hotel facilities
Handle check in and check outs, cashiering, room allocations and guest requests
Key requirements
Must have related work experience with an understanding of the hotel operations and the Opera system
Must be proficient in English, with good communication skills; Must be highly organised with strong attention to detail
