WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As part of the management team
for Middle East & Africa and in collaboration with the Global HR
team, you will work as an HR generalist and specialist in planning and
implementing HR activities across the region. Today Axis has employees
on ground in five different countries in MEA (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Turkey
and South Africa) and is planning to expand our operation both with
local staff and offices in more countries within the region.
You will
support the continued growth in the region and build up a regional HR
function according to regional needs and corporate guidelines.This is a
both strategic and operational role. You will be in charge of
implementing the strategic dimension of the HR policies while managing
the very operational aspects of the everyday life. You, as the HR
Manager, will have a great opportunity to build and influence a regional
HR agenda. At the same time, you will be expected to take
responsibility for the operational support in the region.
Your main activities will include but not be limited to:
Develop,
implement and drive the regional HR agenda in compliance with the
regional business needs and corporate HR framework having a short-term
and long-term perspective.
Be a proactive HR business partner to the regional director and management team.
Manage all recruitments for the region together with recruiting manager and when needed external recruiting company
Managing and owning the compensation and benefits framework in the region.
Development of HR initiatives for training and development of people and as well as managing succession planning.
Being a bearer of our company.
Actively take
part in the decision making in the Regional Management team, working
closely together with the regional director and the other colleagues in
the teams on a day to day basis.
The position i based in UAE, Dubai and extensive business travel
within the region and to HQ in Sweden will be considered a natural part
of the job. The HR Manager will report to the Regional Director and
have a dotted line to the global HR organization
