The RoleSalary: AED 7,000 – 9,000 A large, international retailer is keen to hire a commercially responsible Marketing Administrator to manage numerous projects. The successful candidate will: • Be proficient at Microsoft Office. • Have good written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage numerous projects simultaneously. • Self-motivated with excellent work ethic. • Team player - works well with others and communicates effectively within all levels of the organization. • Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Previous administrative experience required / marketing administrative experience preferable but not compulsory. • Ability to multi task and work under pressure at times. • Documenting meeting minutes / following up on action plans with different team members. • Updating databases – CRM, suppliers, Brand principle contacts. • Preparing monthly reports of media coverage and other marketing activities to submit to brands for contribution payment. • Assistance on the ground for events / POS activities. • Liaising with suppliers for production and delivery of marketing material and distribution. • Maintenance of CRM database and the preparation of associated reports. • General administrative support to department related to scheduling, setting up of conference calls and webcasts, travel arrangements, expense reports and other project and brand correspondence. • Desk top research. • Manage marketing material storage management. • Coordinate the flow of information between the Marketing Department and all other company departments and principle brands. • Performs routine tasks – transmitting messages, placing and receiving calls, distributing reports when applicable, preparing and updating reports weekly and monthly and retrieving files and information for the Marketing Department. • Organize and maintain a filing system on a current basis. • Other duties as assigned by department head. |
Requirements• Age Range 25 - 35 yrs. • Minimum Qualification: Graduate with a BA degree in business management (specialization in Marketing would be preferred). • Required Experience: 1-3 years experience in the Marketing Department. • Preferred Language Skills: Should have excellent command over written and spoken English. |
