The RoleResponsible for providing administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operations of the department. Responsible for providing PR and marketing services to ensure effective and efficient communication of the bank’s image. Writing press releases Arranging promotional events Assist in the execution of marketing activities including development of marketing collateral, coordination of ads, press conferences, and promotions. Type correspondence, reports and other documents Maintain office files Prepare and file supplier invoice and make sure their sent to Finance Dept. Resolve administrative problems and inquiries Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings Maintain office supply inventories |
RequirementsUniversity Qualifications: BA, Public Relations or any related Filed Nature and length of previous experience: 3 years of previous experience in Corporate Communications Specialist knowledge: Strong writer and very passionate about communicating messages through creativity and innovation. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Language Fluency: Fluent Arabic and English |
