Urgently Required Store Incharge Raw & Packaging Materials in FMCG-HUB

A leading Multinational FMCG(Foods) Company based at Hub, Pakistan requires a STORE INCHARGE-RAW & PACKAGING MATERIALS. Incumbent should be capable to perform his responsibilities honestly.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist in daily warehouse a areas including:
• Filling and issuing material according to Shop Floor orders,
• Ensuring accuracy of Issuing material supporting documentation,
• Receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel,
• Receiving material from Suppliers
• Ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
• Monthly Stock Reconciliation at Factory and at Rented Warehouses
• Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities.
•  Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.
•  Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by production schedules and work flow.
• Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations.
•  Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.
•  Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices.

Qualification: 

Graduate/ PG Diploma or MBA (Supply Chain)
Age : 27-32Years

Gender: Male
Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in any FMCG.
Experience in the use of computers and extensive knowledge of SAP, MS-office applications.

Salary : 45k-60k+ Pick n Drop, Medical (OPD +Hosp), Life Insurance, PF, Profit Bonus etc.
