Job Description
The
ideal candidate should
be a CA Intermediate, ACCA, ACMA from a reputed institute and have 1-2 years of
post-qualification experience.
- Prepare pre and post-closing FA GL reconciliations
- Maintain monthly and YTD assets additions and deletions details
- Manage Fixed Assets Schedule reconciled with Financials
- Maintain and update on regular basis various schedules
- Prepare various reports including Landed Cost, EBR, Infra listing, and CWIP aging etc.
- Responsible for monthly sites reconciliation with Technical and status update
- Ensure scrutiny of Documents received from different departments and logistic team to ascertain that payment is qualifying for asset
- Manage availability of site code/stock code
- Ensure necessary documents are attached GRNs, Service Completion certificate etc.
- Manage provisioning of NBV to stakeholder on the basis of serial number/stock code
- Responsible for assets disposal in Fixed Assets Module
- Find and record of Returned or transferred Equipment in “FAR"
Essential
Skills
- Strong understanding of relevant business processes
- Basic knowledge of IFRS
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Strong communication, inter-personal and analytical skills
- Sound presentation skills
Desirable
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite especially in MS Excel
- Knowhow of oracle will be added advantage.
