Description:
Labor law specialis should ensure the following
Ensure compliance of
regulatory requirements to avoid future claims against short payment of
SESSI, EOBI, Education Cess.
• Ensure compliance of policies included but not limited to wages
,hours, working conditions etc .within the territory in accordance with
the labour laws. Facilitate workers in processing their claims /
benefits from Insurance /EOBI / ESSI, Welfare board, Labour Department
and others.
• Responsible to manage day to day labour issues and coordinate with CBA
for amicable solution and take necessary action for maintain peaceful
labour relations and to create harmony in working environment Responsible to update legal repository
• Responsible to update the e/IR portal
• Advising and training managers and supervisors on disciplinary
processes organizational policies and standards.
• Any other task as and when assigned by the management
