A Reputable Immigration Consultancy firm is looking for a Full time, Confident, Business Minded, Good Looking & Hardworking Male for Administrative Assistant/ Admin Executive/Manager. 
Job Details:
Minimum Education: B.Com (preferably MBA)
Timing: 10:00 AM To 9:00 PM
Minimum Salary: Rs.15,000 to Rs.20,000
Minimum Experience: Fresh (Preferably 1 Year)
Gender: Male
Age: 22 - 30 Years

Job Description:
Handling and managing of day to day administrative related issues or activities for smooth functioning of the Organizational operations. Responsible for performing
any task as assigned by the supervisor.
Duties:
* Co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
* Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
* Maintain office
* Answer telephone.
* Set up and maintain data manually and by computer.
* Greet clients, ascertain nature of business and guide clients accordingly.
* Sort and file documents according to filing systems.
Skills Required:
- Computer skills (Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, social networking)
- Fluent English (writing and speaking)
- Capability of solving admin related issues
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Keeping organizational records/data fully organized and well planned
- Confident and Self motivated
