Responsibilities:
Shell Pakistan Management Trainee
Program provides a unique opportunity to do an actual job versus a traditional
rotational MT program. The duration of the program is 2 years after which you
exit in a middle management level in a job of your choice (depending on
positions available).
During this 2 year program you will
be placed in a role which will stretch your academic and work experience to
give you a flavor of working for a truly global organization. The program is
supported by a detailed induction program, a buddy, senior metor and global leadership program.
Requirements:
Candidate
must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional
Degree or Master’s Degree in any field. Applicants should have work authorization(s) for PakistanPreferably specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Economics, Sales & Marketing, Engineering Management, Logistics & Economics, Marketing Management.8 Full-Time positions available.
