Group are looking for an HR Service Delivery Manager for our Employee
Shared Services team in HR, to develop and implement the Quality
Assurance Program via monitoring processes in the employee shared
services value chain and identifying improvement opportunities to
enhance ESS operational processes and services offered.
The role
includes developing, reviewing, implementing, monitoring, improving and
reporting standards for the ESS Quality Assurance Program which includes
enhancing customer service levels by developing process and managing
client relations, auditing the transactional processes, managing the
Transaction and Document Control function, facilitating and implementing
Quality Excellence workshops, undertaking internal and external bench
marking of processes and set exceptional standards.
As an HR
Service Delivery Manager you would hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree
with an emphasis on Quality Management and well versed with HR processes
in the region with 6 – 10 years of relevant work experience.
Maintaining
Customer Relations, process and HR knowledge and fluent Arabic
communication is a key for this role. Experience of internal and
customer service delivery, excellent organizational and analytical
knowledge, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills is
essential.
