A reputable event management company in Qatar is looking for
One Active English Speaking Female Philipina Telemarketer, and One Arab with English skill Office Admin/HR
With the qualifications below:
- Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
- Outbound calling or customer service experience
- Friendly personality and team player
- Proven track record in a sales environment (preferably)
- Listening skills and good attention to details
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft mainly)
- Confidence self motivation
Job Description:
- Working with data base of potential clients & getting involved in
all aspects of sales process (schedule sales meeting for the project
manager, and support in office work and admin)
- Explain event details and answer questions from clients
- Obtaining customer information such as; name, address, telephone etc…
- Keep accurate and detailed record of calls made and results achieved
