The Role



Purpose:

To Manage the Market Research & Intelligence division of the Sales & Leasing department within a Major Real Estate Developer.

Duties:

Establish strategies to identify target buyer profiles (Individual, Institutional, etc.) to generate leads for commercial and residential sales, introduce the business to the prospective buyers and transfer those leads to sales team.

Active role in creating business plan for projects, including coordination with various departments to align them to end goal.

Managing the functional requirements of the Market Research and Intelligence department.

Seeking out, interviewing, recruiting ( with approval ), and training new market research staff as may be required.

Guiding and motivating the market research team to achieve optimum performance. Monitoring their activities and functions, recommending and implementing corrective action as necessary.

Monitoring research property market with a focus on competing projects. Develop key data relevant for use in decision making by the companies projects teams and senior management.

Monitoring and analysing reports on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand submitted by Market Research Managers and Analysts.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree / RICS / MBA / or equivalent.

More than 7 years in Sales Management role.

Competent in Microsoft Office Software.

High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written) / Arabic is advantage.

Proficiency in management of technology (Sales Inventory Management / CRM / etc.)
